James did a great job of cleaning up our sofa that's previous owner had a dog and never had the sofa cleaned. He explained to me at the end of the job the process and the sofa smells and looks 100000% times better and it's actually a pleasure to have the sofa in our office space now it's clean and fresh. Thanks a lot for your help and we will definitely use your services again next time we need carpets/upholstery cleaning :)

Ollie and Callum from The Manchester Carpet Cleaner came to my property to deal with a leak that had soaked through a bedroom carpet, on short notice. They were professional, thorough and very friendly and did a stellar job. Ollie had a great rapport and the customer service from both was great.
