Don’t even know how they’ve managed one 5 star review, let alone a fewNo show this time, used them before twice and both times he was late. Don’t mind them being late but do not show up at all is despicable.Called several times, no answer and one of the times they declined the call. Clearly avoiding us.No wonder their Facebook page doesn’t have a reviews section….

2 appointments booked in the last month both no shows with no communication! Have used previously and when they do turn up they’re really late! I will not book again they’re customer service is appalling

Not sure how anyone can rate this company 5 starts always late dont complete leaves the dog hair all over the floor and very bad customer servicer would never use these again

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, booking was made simple to the day I needed with multiple times to choose from. Groomers are all animal lovers as they show great passion & enthusiasm in what they do, running me through the experience from start to finish on what do expect. I must admit my pooch is happier to see the van pull up than he is to see me home from work. 10/10 would recommend to all!

EditedTwo appointments, two no shows. They messaged us the first time AFTER I messaged them. Nothing from them the second time. They came recommended, but their customer service is awful!However . . . The guy who did us - Aaron - arrived eventually. He did a brilliant job, was very personable and great with Lucy (our Shar Pei). Very good price (£35).We have rebooked for eight weeks time, and will hope for the best.

Not professional.Just use <15min to wet my Alaskan Husky, and try to dry him with 25min. When the dog come home, he is still wet. They even do not take off his collar before washing him, collar wet, fur trapped under collar not wash. And they ask for £50 with that 40min “work”

The first time using it, service was great and she did a really nice job. Second time we had a different girl who turned up 3 hours later with no communication, didn't answer any calls or messages. She also completely shaved our poodle mix all over - he now looks a mess. Will now never use again! I wish i had read some other reviews because alot of people have had similar experiences.

Booked for 8.30 this morning, got a message at 8.49 saying running late- not a problem as we all run late some times. Then get a message at 9.41 to say they can’t park outside my house and to go somewhere else.Yes I live on a main road but there was at least a 30 meter space outside, and if needed would have moved both cars off my drive to accommodate. Absolutely joke of a company
