I love bringing Poppy to Scarlett for grooming. She's been coming since she was a pup and has settled beautifully. The girls go out of their way to please us especially when times have been tricky for me. Ive also been given great advice and help. Poppy is a Lhasa apso and it's quite a hard coat to maintain but Poppy is always immaculate and happy when we pick her up.Any advice given by the girls is taken seriously as they know exactly what they are doing.I can only say thank you to them. Poppy and I appreciate your hard work.

Really happy with the service provided at Scarlett’s by the whole team. Our puppy Bruno has had 2 puppy trims and 1 full groom here since we have had him and each time we have been really pleased with his cut! The staff are friendly and are amazing with Bruno. He gets so excited when we park up outside and he now pulls to get into the shop! Definitely recommend

Scarlett did an excellent job of my very scared shih apso Coco's 1st groom sometime ago, Coco was overcome by being groomed but she needed it. She had a slightly matted coat as her fur is so very thick but Scarlett was excellent with her. Anyone leaving a negative review needs to look at their dogs behaviour & not Scarletts expertise & vast experience. She's VERY well respected here & has a large clientele base, can't fault her for anything. 5* from everyone

Scarlett offers dogs the full package including teeth cleaning and my boy always comes back happy, smelling great and has been well looked after in the salon. Scarlett shares before and after photos and ensures the owner gets the dog groomed to their taste (will cut dogs hair shorter by request or leave them with a little fringe if that's how you like your dogs hair) the staff are all knowledgeable and ensure your dog feels like its had its very own spa day. 100% recommended

This is the second time we have had our Lola groomed at Scarlett's and I've been so pleased each time. She comes back looking and smelling lovely and Scarlett listened to the way I asked for her to be cut each time. We've had her teeth cleaned too and couldn't believe the difference - sparkling! Would definitely recommend both groom and teeth cleaning. Thank you!

My mum and dad have been coming here for over 10 years with their dog Missy. So when I got my own puppy Mabel nearly 2 years ago it was only right that we come to Scarlett’s too. They are all fantastic at their job and my girl and my mums dog always comes back looking and smelling amazing. I couldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Scarlett and girls xxx

Scarlett has been grooming my 2 shih tzu’s for a number of years. My oldest one is the most miserable dog to groom, constantly growling at Scarlett. But Scarlett is able to manage her and calm her and get through the groom. I know if my dog was distressed, Scarlett would stop the groom and I’d fully understand the reason, as she wouldn’t want to harm my dog. She’s so professional and I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else.

Just the absolute best service ever. The girls are lovely, always friendly and so happy to accommodate. Never had anything less than the perfect cut, my dog can suffer from separation anxiety but she's always excited to be at Scarlett's and is always so happy. Wouldn't change a thing.

We've had our German Shepherd Torvi groomed with Scarlett for a while now - she has a great time and always comes back looking and smelling fresh! Great care and service as always.So good to find a groomer who will take all dogs in whatever shapes and sizes.
