I had the team in for a few days to completely clear and flatten a garden. Everything went well and at the end of the clearance the whole area was supposed to be sprayed with their special weed killer as there was some ground growth and brambles left. they didn't do it even though the weather was dry and sunny. I had to chase them up over many days and eventually they came back and sprayed the garden. 90 minutes later it rained for the rest of the afternoon so the weed killer was neutralised! The lad that sprayed the garden said that if it rains, it will need to be done again. I've contacted Nick many time and he just ignores my voicemails, texts and WhatsApp messages. If you use these guys, make sure you hold back £100 of the payment until every bit of work has been done and that you are happy with everything. As far as I'm concerned, this job has not been finished and don't expect it to be, as I have paid the bill in full. Silly me.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a very tall Cedar tree in next door's garden, which was blocking all the sunlight. Contacted a number of other tree surgeons, without success. These guys are real professionals. They were polite and courteous, arrived with all the required equipment, did a great job, and cleared everything afterwards. Cannot fault them in any way. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from NP Tree Care, I needed 3 huge trees cut down at short notice and the team delivered without any hesitation. I contacted the team at 17.30 and they arrived too quote at 18.30, they then returned the following day (as promised) and executed the job with great professionalism.PS- The price they gave for such an excellent job was superb, couldn't be any happier !!!

Fantastic service, had Nick and his team out to trim back a massively over grown oak tree overhanging my new workshop, they were in and out in a day and all very professionally done and left without a trace.

NP Tree Care was able to visit, give me a quote, book me in and complete the job within 2 days of me contacting them. The team that came to my house confirmed the work to be undertaken and consulted me in relation to specific requirements i.e., how much to cut off my holly tree. They did a really good job. They thought about any possible damage that might occur and protected vulnerable areas. The team was friendly and polite and did a good job tidying up the garden, and the driveway and street at the front of the house. The price for the work was good. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend Nick and his team at NP Tree Care. I have used them on multiple occasions. The team are very professional and accommodating, were responsive, showed up when agreed, able to come at short notice and went out of their way to be supportive with neighbour negotiations.

I regularly use NP Tree Care for all my pruning & cutting back of trees. I would highly recommend this company. Their teams are all knowledgable, hard working and polite. Their removal of waste and clearing up are 2nd to none. Apart from neatly pruned shrubs & trees you would not know anyone had visited.
