Zip on daughters Ariat jacket broke, became defective and wouldn't zip together properly kept popping apart. I was left with the decision of either a new zip or a newcoat. It was in fact the zipper toggle itself so I was saved a lot of trouble. Excellent service and support.

Amazing group of lovely people, couldn't be more kind and helpful. Charlotte took such trouble in adapting a fly mask for my pony who has very limited sight. The standard mask just cut down his vision even more, so she very cleverly sewed a clear visor into it (tricky shape)and I can't thank her enough. Bless you Charlotte, I will post a photo of him.

I had a the elastic and gaitor area repaired on an Ariat chap. Was in two minds if it was worth it but totally was. Excellent, economical repair extending the life of my chaps. Highly recommended
