A brilliant club with a welcoming environment, especially to new students.Paul has vast amount of knowledge in self defence and teaches his students how to defend yourself in life threatening situations.I strongly recommend NEXT LEVEL personal protection & safety system to anyone looking for a new hobby, to increase fitness, loose weight, or gain self confidence.

Next level self defence is such a great place I have been going now for a few weeks and was the best thing I ever did, I suffer from anxiety and I got in touch as it's something I have always wanted to try but my anxiety was stopping me, I spoke to Paul and he arranged to meet me early outside to have a chat and he was so welcoming, as soon as I walked in everyone was so good to me and made me feel at ease, no matter what level they was at they was helpful in advice and paul really does no his stuff, since going I'm now a monthly member and loving every minute of training and would highly recommend anyone interested in learning new self defence skills and feeling more confident then this is the place to go don't look any further thanks to everyone appreciate your support and help. Haveing been a member of Paul's previous classes I naturally followed him to his new club. What can I say . Its awesome friendliness atmosphere... understanding..care for how you learn and help when you carnt quite get it right... love it recommended.....UPDATE.. after 9 months of hard work lost over a stone in weight.. BMI improved and blood pressure down. It's a life style that makes you fit and happy....
