I’ve been seeing Kay for around 6 months now and each and every time she’s done wonders for my skin!At my most recent visit I was having a bad breakout and panicking as I get married in 6 weeks! I visited Kay for the first time today for classic lash extensions. I have never had my lashes done before, so was unsure what to expect. Kay explained what she was doing as she was doing it, gave me after care guidance, but best of all, made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, I almost fell asleep. Kay is an absolute professional and amazing at her job. I have never met anyone who is as dedicated to genuinely wanting her clients to look and feel their very best. She take the time to listen to what you want and personalises facials/ lashes/ treatment's to you.I would literally not go to anyone else when it comes to my skin/ lashes she is definitely the best. First saw Kay’s facials on Instagram and her reviews were so good I had to give it a go! I had a consultation the first time where we discussed my skin, what I was looking for and what options were available. We decided on a course of 3 bio re peel facials over a 6 week period. After the first one my skin was glowing, people at work commented how fresh my skin looked. During my treatments Kay discussed the best skin care routine and brands to use for my skin which has been invaluable.Whilst you may think you can get cheaper facials on groupon etc, believe me, you’re paying for quality products and a first class service here and if you want results that last, you need to invest (your face is the first thing people see!). Will definitely be going back.

Kay is such a lovely professional. My sister has been using her for years for her beautiful lashes and I went today and had the most fabulous microdermabrasion experience! Great consultation beforehand, relaxing experience and great aftercare tips!would not hesitate to recommend!

After contacting Kay, with no idea of what I really wanted or needed, I booked in for a custom combination facial. Kay was really welcoming and we spent the first few minutes discussed my routine and what I liked and didn’t like about my skin. She wasn’t fazed by my lack of routine and bad habits and came up with a plan for the facial. The facial itself was lovely. Kay explained everything as she went and was obviously knowledgeable and experienced, putting me at my ease throughout. She also gave me a simple plan for aftercare and ideas to include in my routine. My skin was glowing by the end of it and I will definitely be returning!

I've been going to Kay for both my eyelash extensions and my facials. She is amazing, I am now completely addicted to having both and my skin feels better than it has in years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her brilliant services to anyone.

Kay did a fantastic job on my eyelashes. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and she really took time to listen to what sort of look I was after. My eyes watered quite badly after the primer went on which I worried would prevent her from doing her job, but thankfully they calmed down after a couple of minutes and she worked evenly on both eyes as a precaution in case we had to stop if the watery eye situation interrupted her work. She was very reassuring throughout the process and really took her time to do the job perfectly. I’m really pleased with my eyelash extensions, she’s done a brilliant job! Thank you Kay :)
