We popped into the shop on a rainy day in November, having been walking around town looking for something to brighten the day. We weren’t disappointed. From the first hello from the wonderful couple behind the magic, to the tales behind each of the candles, we were enthralled, taken away on a sensory journey of well-being and deliciousness. Fond of the sea and my own personal memory of seeing dolphins in the Maldives, I bought the gorgeous The Captains Tale, falling in love with the story behind the fragrance. This candle is just like being on or near the sea, the salty air brushing your face and the exhilarating feeling of being close to nature. This shop and couple are an absolute gem. I know where I will be going for presents for loved ones and myself.

I buy these candles as gifts for my clients and friends regularly and they’re incredible- everyone speaks really highly of them. I buy the soaps for myself- and now never use anything else. They’re far better than any other artisan soap I’ve tried, and as a crazy soap lady enthusiast I feel I can say that with authority! Also- a visit to the boutique is really worth it to see the soaps being made and hearing the inspiration behind each product.Can’t recommend more highly.
