Genuinely disappointed. Had good experiences in Oxford but here wasn’t so good.Nachos tasted stale, not sure what the American cheese sauce is about, why not put actual cheese on and melt it?Food was tepid. Wouldn’t go again based on this experience.

I love tortilla, however today I decided to order for delivery… I ordered £46 worth of food (2 large chicken burritos, 2 packs of chips, 3 large dipping sauces and then 2 cans of drinks). I received the 2 burritos and drinks but nothing else, then tried to contact the store and couldn’t get through to anyone. Really quite disappointed and I ordered £10 worth of chips and dip. Price never bothers me when the food is good however I did not receive what I ordered and to make matters worse, the restaurant does not want to resolve it with me.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tortilla in Windsor, and I have to say the food and drinks exceeded my expectations. The service was prompt and helpful, and I was immediately impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant.The highlight of our visit was definitely the food. Everything we ordered was delicious.And let's not forget the margaritas! They were absolutely divine, with the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. They were like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day!Overall, I highly recommend Tortilla to anyone looking for nice Mexican food and amazing margaritas. The prices were surprisingly affordable, especially considering the quality of the food and drinks. This is one restaurant that is definitely worth a visit or two.

There were 5 of us in the group, and only 2 of us had been before, so we took even longer sorting out our food, but the staff were so friendly and helpful! Food was great, and such a large choice of additions! Definitely recommend a visit!

I typically go here for most lunches in the week without hesitation; the service is quick, the staff are welcoming and friendly especially the Store Manager who always has a smile on her face. My go to order is always a large naked burrito bowl and the consistency of every order is without fault: it’s always filled to the top. If you’re looking for a balanced, healthy lunch or dinner and want a change to the pizza and burger places that dominate the Windsor high St, then for sure give this place a go, you won’t be disappointed. Further more they’ve got a special on alcohol after 5pm if you want to go after a day at work with colleagues!

I ordered a medium bowl of Naked Burrito (chicken), with extra mashed avocado. You can choose almost all the ingredients to your bowl. I loved that I had meat, vegetables, fruits and nuts all in my bowl, which was a very healthy meal to me.Will recommend it to anyone that cares about healthy food and wants to grab a quick bite while touring Windsor.
