New favourite place to get bubble tea (& desserts)!! You get so much for what you pay for and it consistently tastes amazing (and the cups are so good, the paper cups are beautiful and the plastic ones are really nice to reuse after hehe)

I have been a regular customer and this has always been my favourite place to have drinks and desserts. I am lactose intolerant, so whenever I ask them to swap milk or yoghurt with anything, they always agree make the drinks accordingly.However, today me and my friend went for some drinks and I asked the lady to swap grape fruit with some jelly as I don’t like the taste of it. She straight away said no even after me telling her that I am a regular customer and I usually get that done. I asked her to swap at least yoghurt with coconut milk, she denied my request and also demanded to pay extra and said “we don’t swap anything, if u want something with coconut, we only have other 3 drinks”. Me and my friend found her very rude. Pathetic customer service has been proven. She asked me “who changes the drinks for you?” I told her “I don’t know her name, but whoever does it, is very kind”. She asked me how she looks and guessed it was her manager and laughed.She could see that I was upset and still decided to be rude.I ended up buying nothing and left.It is very sad that my favourite dessert shop has lost a regular customer because of such a rude and horrible customer service.

Purchased the lychee jasmine tea, delicious, a little pricy but good size. Great staff :)

Bought the passion fruit and jasmine bubble tea and it was amazing. I don’t really like tapioca balls but I had it and it was really nice. It was a large cup for £4.80 and it came with toppings. Not a lot of options on the menu tho

really good quality and size for a very reasonable price, i had the mango coconut grapefruit sago and the grape cheese foam and both were really lovely, plus the service was really great and the staff were so sweet !! 10/10 recommend

One of the best bubble tea in Liverpool. I love the Signature Milk Tea Combo with less ice and normal sugar. Though sweet, it's not overly sweetened. The pearl is chewy and the jelly is flavourful. Will definitely buy again! I just have two suggestions, 1) it would be good to have picture of each menu item and 2) having the sticker on the glass in full english would be helpful.

Nice place! But prices are constantly rising, you eventually don’t get a free drink after collecting the stamps, just £4 off. But the main problem is that they often run out of the sugar pearls when I come in the evening… please, do something about it

This is to continuation with the review put by Ann Mariya. I am her friend. I agree with the non pleasant staff in Jidong Renshaw. However we both would like to appreciate the good staff of the branch. Ann could not put a second review, hence. I could ask the name of one of them. Kim - very polite, smiling, attentive and taking order carefully and make them with utmost care and dedication. Really love their bunch, they even take usual orders without asking. Also to mention the ones from Uni and Chatham also, who have been helpful.

Best bubble tea in Liverpool and good customer service. I've been here far too many times and I don't live that locally.I highly recommend brown sugar boba milk tea and all of the dessert cups.Even the packaging is gorgeous and the plastic ones can be reused.

Really happy that I popped in here when visiting Liverpool.Very bright and clean shop. Great service and very fast service.I ordered the number 1, which was amazing.Partner order a graphic milk float... Unusual, not to our liking...But doesn't mean it's not good.Great packaging, menu looks amazing. Knocked it down one star due to prices. I'm from Yorkshire so Leeds and Sheffield are my go to places and prices are nearly £1 more expensive.Other than that highly recommend
