I love this little shop

Well after much thought and the good ladies nagging, I surrendered and went along to see Harriett with a view to some Bowen Therapy. Now as an Ex-Military retired Alpha, I put my macho bag aside and indulged in a session.I have to say, it was just strange? I have life changing injuries which leaved me in a world of pain. Anything that could help would be welcomed. I have to say that I did get some rest-bite which I have not had in several years, albeit briefly.Harriott the owner is a lovely lady, very personable and knowledge of her chosen field. I totally recommend her to anyone in pain or mental well being issues such as myself being greedy with both.For good ladies with stubborn husbands/partners get them there and give it a try it really does work and is not invasive.

This is a gorgeous place to visit and full of interesting and unusual gifts.

Amazing sports massage. Harriet was very welcoming and friendly. Will certainly be booking regularly.

I have been to Harriet for multiple reasons.Back and neck pain, which bowens helped me a lot with this as I'm not in constant pain like I was.The hypnotherapy helped me stop snacking on chocolate which I started to have a problem with.Will definitely be going back.
