Fantastic service, phoned Rob Friday afternoon, dropped my machine off on Monday morning, it was ready to collect 2 hrs later as I had asked for a quick turnaround. Wonderful service thank you so much, much appreciated !

Rob is fantastic! I'd been let down by another company who had my embroidery machine for nearly a month, I use it commercially, so it was very important to get fixed quickly. Rob managed to fix it in under 24 hours from me dropping it off. I will be recommending him! Thank you Rob!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC service from Rob & his team. SO reassuring to find such skillful speedy service close to my home. My Bernina machine was repaired, serviced & delivered to my home (30 mins drive from the workshop) same day. Can't recommend this business highly enough.

Rob is absolutely fantastic. Fixed a bent needle holder (really not sure what to describe it!) in my machine. Had a lovely chat about domestic sewing machine brands. He fixed my mum's 1970s mahcine as well. Full service AND he does industrial machines as well. He is a true gem and I am thrilled to have found him. Highly highly recommend.Note - its on an industrial estate on the edge of Castle Cary - very clearly marked with signs outside
