Lovely shop and owner I always have the best service when I go in lovely cards and gifts inside. I make the point of shopping local and Shona makes it pleasant inside her shop for me to spend my money there. I will be going back again when I need more gifts and greeting cards.

Really beautiful products, I’ve brought numerous gifts for people, which have all been received well. Most recently, I wanted a personalised baby hamper, which Shona, was able to make up to my specifications and it looked beautiful.

I emailed Shona about this, she immediately offered to change both orders. Customer Service at Filigree Heart is brilliant, this is something that you do not always receive at big stores.
