We booked a survey with Turnkey for a property we are purchasing. The communication from booking stage was great and Craig sent the report to us 24hrs after the survey. We also had a 40 minute phone call afterwards with Craig to discuss all his comments in the report, he was very thorough and took his time to ensure we understood everything. Would highly recommend Turnkey Surveyors and we will be using them again when the time comes to purchase another property! Thanks, Craig.

Turnkey Chartered Surveyors recently undertook a Level 2 Report for us on a property we had intended to buy. We asked for the report as the property had been extended and altered considerably by the present owners. The report provided by Turnkey went into great detail and provided us with a very thorough and comprehensive assessment of all aspects of the building. The report highlighted areas of the property where remedial repairs were required and timescales for undertaking them. It also outlined areas where problems would arise in the future with the property as a result of how the alterations had been undertaken. We were very impressed by the thoroughness of the inspection of the property that had been undertaken by the Turnkey Surveyor. A valuation of the property was also undertaken at our request. If we had chosen to go forward with the purchase we would have had a very clear idea of what repairs we would have needed to undertake on the proposed property. We would very much recommend Turnkey as they are a very professional and well organised company that provide a very high level of service and knowledge. We will definitely be using them again before we finalise a house purchase. Their fee is well worth the price as they provide such a comprehensive report of a property being considered for purchase.

Craig was a very nice man who helped us with a level 3 building survey. This was a thorough and comprehensive report and helped us as most of the things he highlighted were unknown to us. A very simple process from introduction to receiving survey report. The report was comprehensive with lots of useful information, was informative and detailed but was an easy read with descriptions given in plain English. We felt informed and reassured having discussed the content of the report with Craig which assisted us to make informed decisions.
