The service I received in here at Halloween was great. The store was busy but there were plenty of people serving on the tills so I didn't have to queue for long and when I was chatting about their amazing decorations and my own party plans the member of staff said one of them had drawn the amazing bats and spiders which they cut out to hang in the window. I asked if I might be able to borrow the template if I bought some extra card to draw onto and she fetched them for me while I got the black card. I expected to be able to crouch at the end of the tills to draw them but she did it for me. I'm not sure if this might have been annoying to other customers but I was pleased with the friendly service, going over and above to help me out. :)I love the selection of numerous art and craft products and they always have great stuff for Halloween too!

Shop there regularly for a relatively small shop I always find what I'm looking for, if not visible just asking the friendly staff does the trick, also very competitive pricing

I am in no way artistic or arty or even like drawing.I was trying something that I thought would be nice as christmas presents for family and required supplies.Staff could not have been more helpful on that first visit.Needless to say what I was trying didn't work as well as I had hoped so went for advise.To be fair, I gave them loads of opportunities to rip me off in my ignorance and they didn't.In fact, if anything, I left the shop feeling a lot better about what I had achieved.Did not see that coming.Sothanks to Sheena and guy behind the couter (never got your name but you have a beardif that helps) for not looking diwn at a total noob and for giving me the courage to persevere with what I am trying.
