I ordered a Hadrian Borders 12 crate of bottled beers having ordered cider for a friend's 50th previously. Amazingly the crate included a beer called Sycamore Gap. I also emailed asking for the selection to include darker ales. Within 2 hours of ordering the Team called. They checked what I wanted and were keen to make the selection fit my Father in Law's tastes and even included a gift/message card. They arrived in sturdy & recyclable packaging. Very promptly. He is loving them and would order again. Thank you so much.

We ordered Alnwick Rum and Holy Island Gin, plus two really nice gin glasses to go to our friends in Barrow for their anniversary.The on site ordering was easy (once we made our choice, with so many options available, that wasn’t easy).Naturally I got the delivery address wrong, but this was easily and very kindly changed in minutes by Stephen.Unfortunately on delivery, our friends told us about the broken glass. Katrina had a replacement sorted out within the first hour of Monday morning.It’s a beautiful, personal gift that has been amazingly well received and will definitely use Northumbrian Gifts again.Huge thanks to Katrina and Stephen.

I tagged along with my beer aficionado husband, and it’s safe to say that I’ve endured many a boring beer shop visit. Luckily for me, this place has plenty more to offer, such as local spirits and liqueurs, sweets and gifts, including a puffin chocolate bar. Extra points for a super friendly welcome and fantastic customer service. Highly recommended to all beer lovers and their long suffering spouses.

A brilliant gift shop which should not be overlooked. Gin, rum, tea, coffee and all things brilliantly Northumberland. Just a little piece of heaven with friendly staff. Always get my tea there and sometimes other temptations which means I won’t go anywhere else. Well worth a visit even if you’re just on holiday. Perfect.
