(I had to give one star for review to work, I would give NONE)Copy of letter to company.I am writing this email to you today to express our total dissatisfaction to you, with regards to the way you have handled our request for service and the blatant lies you have told to keep us hanging on for nearly a year. We requested your services to replace numerous windows for us, when the time began to roll on, we enquired and were informed COVID-19 and the shortage of glass was to blame, then layoffs and employees leaving. Then we were told the windows were cut and ready to be installed, we were even given an installation date of 16th February. On contacting you this morning we were told you could not complete as we would need to be ‘fitted in’ totally unacceptable behaviour, we were then told the windows had not been cut.Not only have we been waiting for our hall windows replacing, we have been waiting for windows in our rented accommodation to be replaced. Having informed our residents this morning, one reply was “Micky Mouse Company” We cannot reassure them of any difference.We have been promised fitting dates that have expired, we have over 30 windows to replace, we accepted your quotation and you have failed to provide, breaching with untruths and misinformation.

First class, I would definitely recommend this company. Nothing was too much trouble, very clean and tidy. I am using them again for 2 more windows x

From start to finish they have been great fitted windows and doors all round the house Pete and the lads were great did a great job really happy with them professional and friendly bunch . Would 100% recommend these guys.
