Floatation Wellness Centre

I have just had a session here today. It was lovely, so relaxing. The owners who were on site were very friendly. Great to see husband and wife team running the place. Everything was really clean and an explanation of the tank & how it worked was given. I have booked in again for a few weeks time.

I have always wanted to try a flotation tank with full sensory deprivation. I'd also booked in a cryofacial afterwards. Mark and Darren couldn't have been more helpful. The tank is beautiful and there is a shower and toiletries in the room, and a loo if you need it. Everything is lovely and clean.Full sensory deprivation is something I will have to build up to - I did get quite panicky in the dark but that would not put me off using it again, I will work my way up. You can put a light on if necessary and there is a plain water spray in case the saltwater gets in your eyes.The cryofacial afterwards was really refreshing and I noticed a definite improvement in the plumpness and softness of my skin, especially in the deep lines on my chest. I felt totally blissed out when it was all finished and will definitely be going back! I'm so pleased to have something like this close to home, and so reasonably priced.

Had my first session last week and it was Fantastic. The customer service was excellent. Made me and my partner feel very welcome and were knowledgeable on a variety of topics. The floatation session was so relaxing and it allowed me to have the best night sleep in over a year! The flotation session helped ease pain from a back injury and I’m already feeling the positive effects from the session. Can’t wait for the next session!

I booked the full experience for me and my partner for her 30th birthday,. This was a floatation session, 30 minutes in the state of the art massage chair and a cryotherapy session each (facial for her and muscular for me).I have to say from the moment you enter the premises you will enjoy the experience, Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.The treatments really do work, ive had back pain for many years now and have tried numerous things to alleviate it, the combination of the 3 treatments has left me feeling limber and quite alot better.Will definitely return in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. My skin feels plump and smooth from the kryptotherapy facial, the massage chair took the tension from my back and the flotation tank was so nice, lovely temp, beautiful atmospheric room and absolutely spotless. I have just woken up from an amazing nap and I am so relaxed I cannot remember the owners name, but he is a very kind and earthly person and very easy to talk to, and left me with some things to think about in life. Best therapy ever thanks so much!Also he gave me an extra 10 minutes in the massage chair as it was my bday!

Been for the first time today, absolutely brilliant experience. Everything explained regarding the actual flotation pod, Mark the guy in charge was friendly and knew what he was talking about. I came out after an hour and felt amazing. Got home and I was so relaxed I could have just went to sleep. I will certainly be recommending to all my friends!!

I want to tell you not only about the float experience but the establishment.Floatation Wellness Centre is an amazing place to visit, the premises are incredibly clean, and so comfortable.All staff are friendly, informative and put you at ease. Considering you’re about to plunge in to darkness on the other side of the door I can’t explain the importance of this, you feel safe and confident to submerge in to a whole other mindset.Again the isopod as well as the shower and changing area are clean and clear, the pod is accessible and easy to get in to.The heat, lighting and the calming music are perfect, and although it may take a couple of sessions until you’re comfortable fully closing the pod and turning off the lights it is totally worth it. That hour just for you, weightless, warm, relaxed and absolutely gutted when the music comes back on to warn you of your time being up. If I was available to visit weekly I would and I always love coming back.This is now part of my recovery, my muscles are eased from training, back ache disappears, mobility improves not to mention how soft my skin is after showering the salt.I highly recommend a visit or ten!

What an amazing experience!!!First time in the pod, met with an amazing energy by the owners who talked us through the process, and evidently know what they are talking about!It is a bit strange at first, but once you relax into it, you will not regret it!I certainly would take them up on the 'x3 float for £100' deal as your first one certainly won't be your last!If you are wondering whether to book up or not, BOOK!

I was booked a session in the flotation tank as a gift and not sure what to expect . Mark was so welcoming and knowlegable he put me at ease immediatley. The experience in the tank was amazing I have had spa treatments in the past to relax the flotation tank was another level of relaxation i can not ever remember feeling this relaxed almost euphoric . I can't wait to go back and have another session .
