Took my Cartier watch in for a battery change. Sid was very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable and he even gave it a clean for no extra charge. Very happy and highly recommend.

Highly recommended for watch repairs. The gentlemen are extremely professional, friendly, honest, and are very good at what they do. They brought the 1969 model pictured below back to life with a full service, and it is like new. (Note: I elected to keep the same old face with the patina and signs of wear, but they could have replaced that as well.)Directions to shop: It is a small shop upstairs and does not have a storefront. Just go the the address, buzz the receptionist who will let you in, and then go up the stairs to the first floor reception area, where you will be directed to the shop door.

Amazing service and craftsmanship. In this day and age when it's difficult to find a watch maker anywhere, Sid exists in central London. He's easy to get to, helpful, obliging and best of all he's very good at what he does.My 80 year old watch had been serviced and then almost restored after a bike crash and it's as good as new.

Very pleased to have found this watch repair workshop. Well established business, owners patently have heaps of expertise. Sid will talk you through what needs doing and provide an estimate, no hard sell. They appear to work on all makes of watch, high end and everyday type. Our experience was straightforward, timely, cannot fault. No shopfront but easy to locate on South Molton Street. Ring buzzer at ground level, floor 1 reception soon give access and will direct you to the watch Repair Shop's workshop on floor 1. We don't live locally, but used our drop off & pickup visits here as a good excuse to spend some time wandering around the West End.

I took a vintage watch in for regulation and crystal polishing. Both were completed to a high standard. Price was fair and service was very quick - only two days. They even gave the watch case a light polish at no extra cost. Very happy, thank you.
