We have been using these guys for over several years great customer service. We are using two of there Ciao Ciao machines Great machines and Phoenix always service them once a year for us great team and would highly recommend them for there consumables as well.

Had a great experience with this company, lady on the phone pretty much knew the fault right away, booked in for repair which was within a few days, technician a very nice guy arrived and fixed the machine and gave great advice on it going forward.
