Wonderful place to visit, mostly free parking. Beautiful walks, friendly locals, good pubs, Chesil chippie supplies lovely fish & chips, pizza van in the car park was nice, a dog friendly cafe is just off the roundabout, lovely coffee & exquisite cakes & biscuits.One of my go-to places for a weekend in the campervan.

My wife and I started at the Portland Castle, and we completed the entire coastal walk. Though it started with an uphill climb, the rest of the day was relaxing and beautiful.

An idyllic place to stay and wander around! Highly recommend the activities centre and Dillon as a host. Giant paddleboarding was lots of fun, as was the raft building and coasteering.

Lovely Island.We had amazing weather so it made it extra special to go to.If you want to eat in the cafe at lighthouse then book, but it is expensive overall so I advise take a picnic.If you plan to walk around then wear good trainers or other sold footwear.We had a drive around afterwards.

It was a fantastic day out and a beautiful part of Waymouth. A brilliant costal trail rocky in places with some climbing experience needed. Walking boots is a must with some awkward climbs. It is a fantastic trail with lots of amazing rock sculptures and unbelievable views of the cliffs and the coast line. Definitely some memories to be made and some sights to see. In the summer, this looks like something magical from lord of the rings.

Very peaceful surroundings by Portland Bill Lighthouse.Great bus service from Weymouth to Portland.Nice Cafe with a limited selection of meals. There's a small gift shop for souvenirs.The staff in the only pub located near the last bus stop we're unwelcoming! Tourists won't return with that service.

we took the bus to Weymouth.Highly recommend this darling seaside town. Bustling friendly and gorgeous place.
