VCI Systems are just brilliant. I love that they are so helpful and just so responsive. No matter what the problem is, they fix it. They are also very smart at putting IT plans together, so that you get what you need to make your business work efficiently and effectively. I've known Rob for years, he's excellent, but have also got to know Peter, who is just an absolute diamond for sorting out problems in his very special no-fuss, get-on-with it approach to the challenge. And always explains it in a way that I even understand, which is no mean feat! Great bunch of people, great company. I'd recommend them highly.

VCI provide external IT support to my employer.They are simply great to work with, any issues are reacted to and solved extremely quickly and if this can't be done remotely they always offer to visit onsite. Nothing is ever too much trouble.Thanks for your on going support VCI!

They understand your needs no matter what size your business is, and I appreciate how much they have supported my small PR agency for over 15 years, matching my needs with a bespoke support campaign that is cost effective, responsive, personal, professional, bang up to date and just really, really helpful.
