Dont deal with them ,car hit me when i crossing the road ,polish woman who work there ,said insurer dont want pay money as its my fault ,they said will send investigator to sed place of accudent ,of what if policd and hospital keep all details but anyway i agreed to meet,day befire they said no one come to me,really the worst company i said i finish deal with them and i will find someone else,and i found hood company ,insurer straight away agree to pay compansation ,Levenes 8 months did notthing ,sorry its true

Overall my experience with Levenes was good. Their service was professional in dealing with my compensation case and the outcome was successful.I was a bit disappointed that there was little communication over the two and a half years that it took to resolve the case. There were long periods whereby I heard nothing and I was not kept informed of the progress on a regular basis.I occasionally rang to enquire about progress and left a message, but had no response to my call.Thank you to Raquel for achieving a satisfactory outcome.

Couldn't recommend enough. Very professional team who fully understand you, and keep you updated at all process. Very huge thanks to Ewa and Tim for dealing with my case.
