This is my first baby so I was extremely nervous about the whole circumcision process however, the entire team at The Midlands Circumcision Clinic made me feel very welcome and reassured. The procedure was quite quick and the recovery has been very smooth. The daily messages on what to expect and the online photo book has reassured me a lot during my son’s recovery process, it’s extremely helpful and insightful. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone and if I have another son I will be returning.

I was very nervous before the procedure however the staff reassured me and were very professional.The clinic itself was really nice and clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.The staff kept us informed throughout the procedure and provided excellent aftercare.We received text message updates as to what we should expect on a daily basis and were also able to contact them anytime of day or night if we had any concerns.I would definitely recommend the clinic to family and friends.

Used this clinic after seeing its rating on Google which was over 4.5 higher than other clinics. The team looked after us provided lots of insight as to what was going to happen, reassured us during the process as it was happening explaining what they were doing. Post procedure kept us up to date via WhatsApp messages daily about what to expect. They also replied quickly when you have questions. Our son did cry during the process but this was not because he was in pain, it was due to him being somewhere unfamiliar. He is healing very well and was back to being himself very quickly after the process. I would recommend that if you have the procedure done here take on board the advice given, ask questions, all of mine were answered. As this will help you cope and speed up the recovery. My son is doing very well and has healed quickly.

Excellent services before (whith explanations of what will take place) and after operation. Text messages sending to you during fourteen days with picture to help you judging if everything is alright. Still not in peace with those, contact them and they will be helping you.Highly recommended

I resonate with all the other 5 star reviews on here. A faultless services from start to finish. Easy to book, advice given all throughout the process with daily texts etc with progress and updates.Staff were exceptional. Our little one did need time to feed etc which we stayed in a private room to close for an hour. We were never made to feel rushed to leave the room at all. Such a friendly place.This place was far better than the one we took our eldest to in London. Again, really happy as parents that we choose this clinic :).
