After a slip on some water at work and landing quite heavily I was unable to get about so well- my employers who were a large company were very dismissive and “lost” the cctv evidence - I was then made redundant without any redundancy pay and decided that I was going to try the no win no fee as it had been such a challenging time for me and my family.
