Monarch has been a great partner for us over the years, since 2016/17, and has done their utmost to support us in this growing industry and the raw material demand pressures that come with that environment. We always know where we stand and it's never been difficult to get someone on the end of the phone to discuss any situations.Toni has been an excellent account manager since taking over our area and we've never had any issues in terms of a timely supply of required raw materials. Friendly and professional service with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble which is a great quality to have.In terms of constructive feedback, right now I can't think of anything other than better pricing, but that seems to be trending in the right direction at the moment, everything service orientated at the moment is great and I have no complaints
