Went in today 07/04/2022 to get my watch battery done took twenty minutes so had a wonder around charity shops found another watch for work (not working) but Dan done it free of charge on the spot, took both watches away a very happy guy.

Well worn and loved gigging bootsI took my boots in to be repaired as there were holes in the soles and the heels were worn away. To be honest I did not think they could be repaired but thought if anyone could do it, Dan could.When I collected them I could not believe what a good job he had done - just brilliant. They will last me a few more gigs now.I have also taken watches into Dan for batteries and repairs and he has never disappointed. I would recommend him to anyone as he always goes above and beyond.

Excellent, cheerful service. The sole of my wife’s newish boot was coming loose. It was glued back straight away , with industrial strength glue and a smile. Definite 5 stars

First-class service received at this branch earlier today. A zip had buckled on my waterproof coat and I brought it in expecting to pay for repair/replacement. The gent behind the counter was able to re-align it for me on the spot, with no charge made. A Happy Christmas to you, sir!

Outstanding service, new screen and battery for my son's iphone, inexpensive and done in less than an hour. Good price too. Now I know what they can do with phones will be back, previously I've tried, and often failed, to get phone repairs done online.

Timpsons in Marlborough. Even the person who worked there( standing in for the day) told me to go so else!Maybe they'll have a staff change.But it took 3 attempts to get my shoes right. And only because the stand in was there on the 3rd attempt

All the usual Timpson stuff. A vast array of services in a tiny space.I got my walking boots re-soled there, and they did a smashing job. Not an OEM replacement, but a generic, but it works well and saved me having to post them elsewhere.
