Stacey Landau - Breathwork Teacher & Yoga Therapist

Yesterday evening I attended Stacey's The Art of Breathing and I-Rest session. It was wonderfully relaxing and Stacey very calmly explained and demonstrated a number of powerful breathing techniques. Stacey is incredibly knowledgeable and shared the benefits of each technique so that each person could find which would work best for them. It was wonderfully calming and I will practice the techniques used in my day to day life. Thank you so much Stacey. I would highly recommend these sessions.

Stacey has the most calm and relaxing voice and demeanour. It would be almost impossible not to unwind under her guided direction. Her breathwork session left me relaxed but also energised. Recommended

I moved to Stacey's Wednesday evening class after my previous class discontinued. I have also attended 1:1 sessions. Stacey is welcoming and takes time to get to know her students, confidentially taking into account medical issues. She has an amazing ability in group classes to take into account everyone's needs. I have attended a number of workshops on breath work, nutrition and mindfulness, all have been fantastic. A hugely talented teacher who has a real love and passion for her work.

Having attended and loved Stacey's yoga sessions I had the opportunity to work with Stacey to support my breathing techniques. It was the best decision I am ever made! As an asthmatic I have had ongoing problems with my breath for many years. Working with Stacey allowed myself to understand my breath and develop techniques to support my breathing. I have never felt better. I cannot thank Stacey enough for the support and knowledge she has given me.

Stacey’s sessions have beentransformational for me in significantly reducing my anxiety. She has given me tools I can use at any time. I would definitely recommend doing some work with her. Also she is very kind and a gentle positive presence.

Stacey's classes both online and face to face are informative and very relaxing. I have attended both and regularly do the online breathwork on a Tuesday. I have learned how to breathe to relax, breathe to rejuvenate and increase energy. I would highly recommend this to anyone who works in a busy and demanding job, who suffers with anxiety or just wants to learn how to breathe to control the emotions and body.
