They were very helpful when I asked them to find me a replacement for my old laptop. it had stopped working suddenly. They gave clear advice on what was available and how much I would need to spend for a machine that would replace my old machine. They ordered it for me then transferred all data from the hard disc, then showed me how to open all my accounts. I was surprised how little time it took to get me back on line, and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service when our Internet went down, engineer came the next day and was extremely helpful, couldn't sort out the issue as it was a fault on the line but tested all our equipment which resulted in the cause being traced back to BT, also had good advice when we wanted to purchase a new printer very helpful going that extra to find a reliable and cheap to run printer. Frustrating, long standing issue quickly identified - initially intermittent then total failure of hard disc - and fixed. Machine setup in double quick time - overnight. All just down the road and at a very competitive cost, hardware and tech!What's not to like?Thank you EMC, saved my life!

Very pleasant staff but I would suggest you manage customer expectations better by giving an estimate of how long the repair will take. I think you were short -staffed when you dealt with my laptop repair -I bought it in lunchtime on 16/11 and picked it up 0n 23/11. I expected it to take max 2 days. I never received a phone call to explain there would be a significant delay- It was always me ringing up.Another point is certain functions including password and access to Excel disappeared, would have helped to explain what would be deleted/changed.Value for money - As usual the price for the repair was very good.

I have used EMCS several times over a few years and always received a friendly and knowledgable service. In particular, Paul is highly knowledgeable on Mac systems and supplied and set to work my QNAPS NAS that is connected to my desk top. He has always been most helpful in follow-up advice when I have asked for it.
