The first time l went there, there was a lovely and helpful young lady. Very knowledgeable and obliging. I would have rated that experience 5 starts.The second visit however, was a much different experience. Staff though volunteered to help if needed, was busy and gave the impression of being exasperated if interrupted. Her knowledge was limited and l ended up wasting more time there than l probably needed to. Rating 2 stars is being generous!

Very helpful and knowledgeable young lady helped me select an appropriate file format for an image download and then took great care to print a photograph that I needed, including rejecting her first print because of an almost imperceptible error on it. Great service!

Took my 4yo son to get his passport photo (i made an appointment via email). Needed code but the machine was updating however he sent me a copy of the photo via email and i uploaded it to the online passport website accepting it with no problems. The photographer took a few snaps of my boy in a nice set up in the back of the shop and done. Friendly, efficient and good price. £7 for digital. (As of july 2023)I recommend this place if you need a passport photo done. At least you know it will be accepted. We will use this place again.
