All the team at 1st Class Fire Protection Ltd are very helpful and professional. I find them to be efficient and accommodating to my requests for site specific needs. The servicing and installation of fire precautions by their engineers is quite literally 1st Class! I always recommend them to others because of the excellent service level they provide.

1st Class Fire Protection supplied and installed a L1 Fire Alarm System in our office. Throughout the process we experienced great service from management, office staff and engineers installing the system. They offered a competitive price and we would highly recommend.

As a commercial tenant in a retail property I was very cost sensitive, whilst also needing to know I was covered legally for my responsibilities as a business operating with access to the general public.Matthew and his team were brilliant, I had lots of questions and concerns, all of which were handled respectfully and professionally. Although my system was a relatively small install for the company, the team never made me feel like it was unimportant. We used 1st Class Fire Protection for our fire risk assessment, fire warden/ extinguisher training, and the servicing of our fire alarm system/ emergency lighting. We run a busy seven bedroom holiday home, here at The Northrepps Cottage near Cromer.First of all, it’s very difficult to coordinate services to visit in between guests coming and going. FIRST CLASS has always accommodated our request…… every time! We only had a small window of opportunity before the next guests arrived, we were due for a full system test and report, on top of that we had our fire extinguisher tests and replacement etc.Big boss sent a team of four guys early, as soon as the guests left. The boys hit the ground running….. all done and dusted in time before the next guests! The chap in charge of the team?, knew where everything was which released myself to carry on with preparing for our new guests.Worth mentioning: the alarm guys took the time to advise me, as the maintenance guy on site, what I should be doing to test and record etc, most helpful and necessary.Thanks to the team who visited, very thorough, considerate and professional throughout their time here, many thanks to you all.
