Website says 5pm close on a Monday. Visited the shop at 2.59pm and the shop was closed and the staff just looked at me. Not the best impression to do business. Please update your website opening times.

The last time I bought blinds from home fair,I bought 9 blinds,The service was excellent.The time before I bought 6 blinds, the service was excellent. Yesterday I ordered 3 blinds, the service was rubbish,I made an appointment to be measured up for the blinds on Monday morning.I got a phone call saying that they were busy, could I make it Monday afternoon.That was ok>today they phoned me saying that they were busy could I REARRANGE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AS THEY WERE BUSY.The answer was no.A shame really.

Very good company. The sales rep was very helpful and gave me sound advise and the fitter was polite and respectful of my home. The cost was lower than others too. Highly recommended by me.

Don't even bother. Had appointment booked for weeks to then receive a phone call on the day to say it was too late for them to attend at 5pm! When it was booked I made it very clear it had to the this time due to a full time job. Complete waste of time. No offer on the call to sort another appointment. Definitely do not recommend.

We received excellent service whilst browsing in the Hyde shop, having our windows measured, and having our roller and vertical blinds fitted. The blinds and their fixtures are excellent quality and value for money, and the fitters turned up when expected on both occasions.

Just taken a day's holiday for an appointment for a fitting of Venetian blinds. Received a call from their offices to cancel due to sickness, 2 fitters both off sick on the same day, yeh right, Liars!!!

Was very nice of you to have contacted your customers who have orders and installations pending. Would of been nice to have received a phone call to say orders will be prosponed due to current situations.Annoyed to ring this morning when instalation will be only to be greeted by a voice message stating all shops and admin are closed.Not very good customer service just leaving customers stranded and no point of contact

Had 2 appointments cancelled. 3rd appointment, measurements etc & deposit taken. Advised fitting 7th June. Heard nothing. Tried to contact them from 2 weeks ago as had nothing to confirm my blinds being fitted 7th June. Disgraceful.
