Niall and the team from Madden Contracts came recommended to us from the architect who drew the renovation plans for our 3 storey house in Ballyhackamore, East Belfast.The scope of work included a full house renovation and remodel, including removal of a chimney wall throughout the full house, remodel of kitchen, design and remodel of bathroom, fitting new downstairs WC, restoration work to brickwork including insulation and plaster, as well as installation of new reclaimed wood pergola and garden fence.From the first phone call, Niall was an absolute pleasure to work with - he was patient and very thorough, walking through our plans in detail, answering all our questions and ensuring we felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process.His entire team that worked on the project were at all times, very professional, very friendly and very clean! Niall & the lads did an amazing job installing a limestone fireplace and hearth. They came out quickly to price the job and the quote was with us next day. On the day the work was scheduled for, they were with us for 8.30am, did a perfect job & tidied before they left. Highly recommended
