From choosing the right hot tub to instalment their knowledge and customer service has been indispensable. They clearly have a complete understanding of their products making them an essential and best go-to for any problems that you may encounter giving clear instructions that work. Shocking sub standard business, selling substandard misdescribed tubs. The productis rubbish and customer service locally and in US are appalling, months of stress and hassle only resolved when i threatened to sue. Steer well away

Paul and Martyn went above and beyond to help us, we bought a hot tub last year and have absolutely loved it, we went on their advice and are so happy, it doesn’t cost a fortune to run, is easy to care for and so enjoyable to have to unwind in. We popped for some supply’s today to their new site and it was amazing, lots of new products available for our spa, like lavender spa scent. If you need a hot tub see these two guys, they are both amazing.

Outstanding experience from start to finish.Very rare these day to have such a great experience, starting with the initial conversations at the showroom, the team has an obvious wealth of knowledge. We had the pleasure of being dealt with by Paul and Martyn who guided us through what was right for us without pressure or patter. Delivery and installation was quick and effortless. Paul then took the time to visit our property for some final water maintenance advice whilst offering further help as and when we might need it.
