Absolutely fantastic Customer Service. Looked around a few Tiling stores for the correct colour/size.Robert was so helpful both times I was in...he has a lovely casual approach..not heavy selling....feeling forced to make a decision there and then....so much appreciated.Once we selected our goods Robert was so obliging and gave us the best advice about delivery/collection as we are going on holiday and he has arranged the best solution around our dates.He is a real credit to the company.....a great face for Tile Giant. ...

Excellent all round service, these guys were SUPER helpful and had everything we needed. They calculated our tiling area perfectly (our builder even got it wrong, but these guys got it spot on!)Happy to advise on anything and didn't make a newby female tiler feel stupid but were welcoming and friendly. 10/10 for service and product- our kitchen tiles are top quality!!!

Great customer service from James when I visited. Could not help and guide me enough as I wasn't sure what to buy. Helped me to my car with all my items too. Would definitely reach buying from here as the staff make you feel at ease when you arrive. Thanks again and will be back in the future.

I wanted to highlight the outstanding customer service I received from James at the Ormskirk store.Throughout our discussions, he gave sound advice around our choice of tile for our new kitchen, going out of his way to ensure we received delivery updates & additional customer service that sometimes can be required during these uncertain times, so that the tiles arrived on time ready for the booked fitter even down to the correct sealant.Now that the kitchen is finished, we are so impressed that we have now decided to buy the same tiles for our Hallway, though James.Ormskirk Tile Giant Excellent customer service...highly recommend!Keith Palmen.

I would recommend this store to anyone doing a tiling project. Prices are good but the amazing service was in a different league to any of the other stores I had looked in before buying. The manager even dropped my tiles off when they arrived as it was on his way home !!!
