I bought a RIB from Peter of Boatsandoutboards4Sale on the 4th of August 2022. I live in Edinburgh and did not want to travel, so Peter did a bunch of personalised videos showing me exactly what I wanted to see in detail. He answered my questions by email very quickly (and repeatedl), as I kept thinking of more. He arrange a quote for transportation of the boat and once received it was exactly as expected. After I took her out I amassed a load of questions and Peter was only too happy to help. I cannot recommend him highly enough and if I buy another boat, I would now check his stock out first, as I know I would be buying off a reputable trustworthy chap.

Being over 5 hours away from Plymouth, we took the massive chance (based on the reviews) to buy a Starfisher fishing boat blind. Peter talked us through the condition, what had been done and what needed doing. He was ultra efficient and professional throughout which gave us the confidence to pay for the boat without inspection.Peter arranged the delivery (You call we haul....thoroughly recommended) and all within a time convenient for us. We arrived at the Marina to see our boat for the first time. To say we were delighted would be an understatement, the boat was in better condition than we had ever hoped. We chatted with the broker where the boat will be moored and Peter is highly regarded in the industry.Highest possible recommendation and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Peter again...albeit next time maybe I will be able to thank him in person!

He was so helpful and went above and beyond to reunite us with some missing cushions the previous owner hadn't put on board the boat. We felt a bit like tyre kickers having been down to view a few boats with Peter but he accommodated us without hesitation, quite often outside of normal working hours. Despite missing our dream boat with him, as we didn't move quickly enough, we eventually decided on a boat he had on brokerage. Although it was a brokerage boat his service was fantastic even coordinating the work we wanted carried out. We can't thank Peter enough for his patience and expert advice and now having completed can't wait to get the boat in the water next weekend.

I was not in a rush to buy a boat but wanted some meaningful guidance & advice. Pete at BoatsandOutboardsforSale.co.uk was local & he spent time explaining the pros & cons of outboard v inboard engines & types of boats. I went away to have a think & went back to Pete having decided on the type I wanted to purchase. He didn’t have the model in stock at the time but he said he would keep an eye out. Nothing was too much trouble. Even though he didn’t have the model himself, he actively looked out for it & contacted me later to say there was one for sale up in Scotland & sent me the link. I purchased the boat & had it brought down. Pete sorted anti fouling, & arranged for servicing & berthing locally. I enjoyed the boat & on selling it after 4 years, Pete brokered the sale & on completion ensured transfer of funds the same day. Can’t fault his knowledge, professionalism & service.
