One of the nicest, most genuine estate agents we've dealt with so far. Walthamstow is a really chaotic market, but Michael and Mirko keep things grounded. They're well informed, give accurate information and are genuinely just very nice and considerate people to deal with.

Would not hesitate to use SE again They were great throughout the whole process of our sale, helping move things along very quickly amidst the recent turbulent mortgage market. The quality of the marketing is also excellent. SE were also very flexible with our requirements, adapting to our needs very quickly, helping us secure top quality tenants when the sale and market was looking very uncertain. Everything worked out in the end and I commend SE for all their efforts. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

Oh Settle, what would we have done without you?From the outset Michael impressed when it came to selling our home in Walthamstow. Walthamstow is a highly competitive market and whilst it might be tempting to go with one of the 'more established' branded agents, I would argue you would get nowhere near the level of personal service that you get from Settle. As a smaller business you deal with the same individual throughout the entire process, making the whole experience a lot less stressful, where no query was too small / silly and Michael was always quick to respond.When it comes to selling our next home - Settle will be the first place we call.
