Was definitely worth it, other places deserts usually taste dry lack flavour however this place was excellent. Great customer service and fast service. Only tried the mini pancakes which were made to perfection however seeing the images of the other items they sell this place is something I feel enticed to try each and every thing on the menu

Not happy with the delivery service. It’s the 3rd times now they made or send or missing from our order … and I phoned as well when I placed my order online make sure nothing goes wrong . And paid £5 for chocolate brownie with separate custard from their menu and this time custard was missing. Firstly staff saying I personally put it in the bag. So how could it go missing if he did and are we lying. I took a pic of our all deserts ordered £25 worth . not happy with their service .

I visited the Aston branch of Wafflebox as my local dessert shop hadn't opened.I was a little cautious as I'm creature of habit, and this looked new, but when I walked in I found a member of staff wiping down the surfaces, which made me feel reassured I was in a safe place.The staff inside were really welcoming, courteous and professional.They explained their menu and the ingredients they use for their recipes, they took the time to inform me of what makes them different from other dessert shops.They informed me of their opening hours, with which they are consistent.I decided to test the quality with a couple of classic milkshakes, so I chose the strawberry and chocolate flavours.I was able to journey home (which was 10 minutes away) and the drinks were still ice cold, the flavours were exceptionally good.The strawberry drink had actual fruit inside (which I prefer) and tasted very refreshing, I was able to crunch the fruit even though they were small enough to melt in my mouth. The chocolate drink was icy cold and the right amount of chocolaty texture to leave me paused in wonder of how to describe the sensation, I would buy this again.I can honestly say, it's been a long time since I've had good quality milkshakes like these, in fact, I can't remember the last time tasting such delicious and refreshing drinks.Thank you Wafflebox, Aston.You made my day complete.

I have been meaning to try this for a long time but wish I had done so sooner! I opted for the bueno waffle which was absolutely delicious! Definitely good value for money and well worth the wait for fresh hot waffles. I also ordered the lindt milkshake which was amazing! The milkshakes are thick and creamy and taste amazing, much better than the watery milkshakes you get at some places. The whippy ice cream they use is definitely a great touch. Can’t wait to go back!

White chocolate cookie dough too small for the price and felt undercooked. There was a flavour in the dough that I didn’t like. Would’ve been better without the chocolate flakes. The vanilla ice cream on the other hand was really good. Milkshake was decent too. Strawberry and Nutella waffle was nice but I could get more amount of waffle for a cheaper price elsewhere which would also taste good. Don’t think I’ll order again unless it’s a milkshake.

Great desserts always consistent full of flavours clean shop and good customer service. Been reading some reviews and you can't always satisfy customers as there expectations are too high. All products are unique and fresh have been to wafflebox many times trying different desserts and has never disappointed me.Thank you wafflebox.

Shop was empty when we came in. Ordered only 4 milkshakes and took 40 minutes to make. People after us got their orders, i understand they had online orders but 4 shakes does not take that long especially for take out.Shakes were extremely thick, couldn’t even drink them for a while. They were nice though. Decent price for the size.The Dodger milkshake was nice, if it was blended a little more then it’d be perfect.
