We as a band had just received a huge new amp deal/order, right before festival season so we needed to case things up quickly and tightly.The people at Trifibre were really helpful and efficient. The designs came back almost immediately and the clarity and attention to detail was great.They actually arrived earlier than expected as well which was a bonus as we needed them at such short notice. They fitted perfectly first time, no complaints whatsoever.Still going strong!

I recently purchased two large cases from Trifibre, to protect and transport calibrated technical instruments and measuring equipment. From their responsiveness to my initial enquiry, through to picking up one of the cases for which they had custom-routed the interior to fit around several different instruments, the entire experience of dealing with Trifibre was entirely positive. Excellent service and a superb product that is competitively priced and looks like it will provide many years of reliable and robust service. Highly recommended!

Perfect service and excellent quality flight case!I needed to check a couple of things with regards a flight case I needed for a Yamaha XS8. I firstly emailed and had a prompt reply within a few working hours. I then needed further information, so telephoned. Very friendly, excellent, well informed and helpful throughout. Ordered Monday - arrived Friday morning. particular thanks to Jessica Rushby for her help. Will definitely use again if I ever need a flight case.

I posted the order on Friday November 1st (public holiday in Italy), I got the bag (not found in Italy) on Wednesday 6th November, 3 working days from UK to Italy. Faster than ordering in Italy !. Immediate sending of the invoice. Great job guys !! Very satisfied! Thank you very much!!

I have just received delivery of my Trifibre bag. They made a one-off, bespoke padded gig bag for a banjo. It fits perfectly and, despite being light as a feather, it's robust and sturdy. I couldn't be more pleased.
