Our Stay at Caliber Stays Birmingham was worst and problematic. Place has bed bugs and The owner never gives you deposit back and when you chase the team on watsapp or calls they don’t respond. Worst place to be at. Fraud you can say in short words. Scamming and taking security deposits ( I have the proofs for it too)

I was lucky enough to win a 2 night stay at the athena suite and a cash prize! It was such a modern, beautiful apartment to stay in. The deposit is more than reasonable once you actually realise all thats included to make the stay comfortable, homely and most importantly safe. Very close to all the broad street pubs, resturants and attractions too so lots to do. Customer service is fantastic with access to their whatsapp business account if you have any questions or concerns about your stay10/10

A good choice of apartments; beautiful apartments in great choice of areas. Very affordable, clean, tidy, and high standard. The beautiful apartment I had chosen was in the central, it was easy to get to all the locations I needed to get to that we’re a few minutes away. The hosts were absolutely great, any time I needed anything they were very quick to message back and help.

Avoid this place, dump is waste of money!! No lift working, had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with suitcases! The smell on the staircase is absolutely disgusting. Hot water is limited and on a timer!! Ignoring messages and won’t return a deposit of £250. There is NO parking, even though they claim they have parking. No tea or coffee or sugar was provided. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms? No wardrobe or mirror in the main bedroom. Once again still ignoring my messages and won’t return a deposit of £250.
