Genuinely, nothing was too much, great advice about works and doesn't work as we went along and a brilliant final product. I’ve just had a very large garden room built by Chew Valley Garden Studios. Tony & Andy were excellent from start to finish. From helping us with design ideas to manufacturing and installation. The whole job was very professional and we’re over the moon with the finished job. Extremely clean & tidy throughout.

We have just had a Garden studio completed by this excellent company. It was built to our specifications and I cannot praise the workmanship enough. We sourced a number of big companies and not only were they more expensive they were not prepared to meet our specific needs. It is like an extension to our home. We love it.

After reviewing several suppliers of garden studios we chose Chew Valley. An excellent choice we found with first class build and service. We wanted an attractive zero maintenance garden room with bi-fold doors which had to be built alongside a garden landscaping contractor re-modelling the garden. Issues dealt with promptly and very satisfied with the end result. A free inspection after the first season’s use was included. Highly recommended.

From the time we enquired about a garden office to the time they completed the work, we have only had a first class service. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was advised and consulted on and daily checking to ensure everything was perfect for us. Since our first conversation with Chew Valley Garden Studios until the day our build was complete, they have always responded professionally and promptly.After meeting with Tony & Andy and talking through our garden room plans, we quickly felt confident they understood our requirements and they were able to provide us with plenty of advice based on their experience. They invited us to view some of their work in the local area which was useful so we could understand the construction process and provide us with an idea of what the finished room would look like.Once we had a rough idea of what we wanted, Tony sent us an initial design along with a competitive quote. After some thought on the available options, we required some alterations and Tony quickly provided an updated design. We agreed an install date and throughout the wait we were kept informed of the timescales as we had some ground preparation work to complete prior to the build.Once the build started, Andy & Tony were onsite everyday working hard to assemble the Garden room, they did this with minimal disruption, always tidying up after they were finished. All work is done in-house by them, so it’s only them that will be onsite. They always kept us informed on progress and let us know in advance of any decisions we needed to make, we appreciated this flexible approach as often it’s not until you start to see the building take shape that you can confidently make some of those decisions.They completed on time (4 weeks), cleared all the waste from site and after making sure we were completely happy they handed over the keys. We are so pleased with the finished garden room, the care and attention that went into the build are demonstrated in the quality of the finish and as a result we would not hesitate to recommend them.
