Review for the WYE VALLEY Pedalabikeaway at the National Diving Centre. This was a great service with brilliant bikes (Specialized hybrid bikes) and reasonable value. Customer service was good too with lots of friendly advice and a willingness to help so often absent these days. However, the bike path itself to Tintern is a bit limiting with a lack of signage telling you either about the history of the old railway line, or wayfinders, telling you how far to go etc.Value for money not great: the path is only a 45 minute ride, even if going slowly, and it would be good to have advice on where else you could cycle and a list of alternative routes etc, otherwise it is not worth the whole day bike hire rate. They should really only charge for 3hrs max (£10-12 instead of £20). Also, bear in mind that Tintern's attractions (apart from the abbey), are often closed, Mondays and Tuesdays, especially in the height of the summer, so take bike locks with you on those days in case as these closed attractions are supposed to provide bike locks when there.

I love the mountain bike trails but the service is nothing but horrible. You have to book online even if they have space for the day and and site is so unorganised. We had 1 person back out at the last minute to go climbing with his 4 year old son and we were not allowed any of our money back. Of course they make it very difficult to hire any where else so they make the most money. However there is another place down the road (Dean cycles) who allows the people who hire there bikes to use these paths. They are cheaper, better at there overall service. Recommend going to them and using these paths. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! But the paths are amazing to bring your OWN bike or hire from a DIFFERENT PLACE!Weird that you would say that because we didn’t book under my name or surname nor did we get refunded from an adult bike but we didn’t get refunded for a child’s bike.

Great coffee. Good selection of cakes and hot food. Good quality. Hot food better value than cakes. Paid £4.45 for a brownie which was a bit steep even though it was very nice. Would be useful to have a sign for the outside tap as took me quite a while to find it.

Amazing trails, the official ones are suburb and the off piste ones are brilliant. We've been coming for years and still find new trails all the time. You have a great cafe, bike shop, bike hire, coaching, work shop and bike wash. My only criticism is the parking is really expensive at seven pounds a day non of the cash goes to the upkeep of the trails. It really is a place to bring everyone and has trails suited to little ones on their balance bikes all the way to full on DH runs. For me it's the best uk trail center.

Great cycle trails, plenty of parking. Really nice atmosphere about the place. Café is spot on. Yes it's a bit of a wait when you want food at peak time on a busy Sunday but the menu is exactly what you want from this sort of place, the quality is good and the prices aren't mental either.

My partner & I hired a tandem bike for the day. We enjoyed it very much. It would have been 5* but the bike needed a touch of tlc/servicing. Staff & facilities were great.

Had a great day on the trails with an e-bike hired from pedalabikeaway. The staff were kind, attentive and welcoming. The two female staff members made my first time at a bike park a breeze! The only place for improvement is the website design it can be a little bit confusing at first. Overall a great service will definitely be back with friends for another day of shredding trails!
