Iceland Supermarket Acton

Shopping here is a hit and miss experience. There's a staff member who's rather snarky, at times downright rude. If it wasn't for the lovely pink haired younger lady, I would only give this store 1 star. She's the polar opposite of the other woman, has a kind word to everyone and is genuinely lovely.

Amazing quality grozen food.Also, I was very impressed by immaculate customer service by one woman. It's such a rare thing these days.

I like Iceland has a lot of things that so good and good value though....

I visited this store a few days ago only to purchase some sharwoods prawn crackers,I couldn't find them so asked a young member of staff(a boy with his hair in a bun)where I could find them,he was quite helpful in that he took me straight to them.I didn't pick them up as they were overpriced.When I went to the till to pay for an item I did want he noticed I didn't have any prawn crackers and must have thought I had stolen them as he asked to check my trolley.I allowed him to do so as i'm not a shoplifter and I didn't want to ruin a young inspector clouseaus ambition!!.He found nothing concealed in my trolley and did not thank me for allowing him to search it.I would suggest that this store is massively under performing compared to other Iceland stores and alienating customers will not help this failing branch.

A well laid out shop that is easy to negotiate with many products and deals. Located in a modern shopping centre. Well priced items and easy check out.

Iceland is in the new Oaks Shopping Centre. It's huge. There's a wider variety of frozen food. Superdrugs and Wilko are also there too! Lidl opened on 17th October. People in 'We Love Acton' group are shocked there are no toilet facilities or seating areas!!

I attend acton iceland and over heard a women member of staff talking to the manager about her having covid and the manager said it is alright as there is 4 other members of staff who also has it as well I think this is bad for elderly people and vaunarable people with health issues and pregnant women covid is not going away and I believe that anyone who has it should be wearing masks and should not be around customers as this is a serious breach of everyone's health I think this should be sorted out immediately as this is not fair on. Everyone who gets it

Large store, lots of choice. Nice to shop apart from the security guard that seems to follow u around. Yes I brought my own bags to save money it doesn't mean I'm stealing u prat. Apart from him it's a good shop. U can find loads of produce.
