Utterly superb. Nick was very helpful, not at all pushy and was able to answer all questions with ease. We are now the proud owners of a genuine 1895 fireplace and surround and thrilled that we could even choose original tiles to complete the look. Do not waste time going anywhere else!

A real pleasure to deal with such knowledgeable and friendly business owners. They took time to listen to our needs, and to advise without it feeling like a sales process. The tradespeople with whom they put us in contact carried on the tradition of friendly expertise, and high quality workmanship. When comparing the cost of a reproduction fireplace with an antique, we were amazed that the real thing" from Nostalgia came out as the most cost-effective option.
