Thank you very much for the quick response to get me home following my breakdown and being left my RAC in, a vulnerable area on my ownI had over 8 hours waiting for RAC who took me to a unlit road and left close to Mcdonald middle of no where in HarlowThe guy that attend very friendly professional and had heated cab which agter 8 hours in cold nearly zero degrees temperatures. Was a blessingCan't thank you enough for the prompt and professional service and genuinely felt cared for and so thankful got me back home and advise on my carTheresa

Absolutely fantastic!! 10:30pm, on the way home and BOTH wishbones disconnected from my front wheels and the car came to a (literal) grinding halt. I called Ozgur, and he was with me within 30 minutes, spent the time to check the car over and have it as safe as possible, got it onto the back of the low loader and got me (and the useless metal box) home.Absolutely fantastic service, very professional, a great guy and he really saved the day.Thank you so much!
