Honestly such a lovely guy! Came round within an hour and managed to get into a lock the previous locksmith couldn’t!. Would use again if we ever needed!

I really couldn't be happier with the excellent service I've received from Simon and the team at Happy Locks. I bought a new house and I wanted to get the locks changed for extra peace of mind.Simon was efficient and friendly. He showed me all the extra safety features of the new locks he was installing, and he even adjusted my door while he was at it because it was catching at the top of the frame.I wasn't sure whether to get some internal locks fitted for extra safety, but Simon weighed up the pros and cons with me and we decided against it. I really appreciated his genuinely honest advice, as some contractors would have talked me into it just to make a bit more money.Excellent service, lovely people, and very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Excellent ServiceI had a faulty lock on a French door.My builders thought it needed replacing at a cost of about £200 for parts and installation.Called Simon. He came quickly. Within an hour and a half.Looked at the problem. Worked it out and fixed it.Charged a modest fee. 90% cheaper than I thought it would be.Great guy. Tries hard to fix problem first, than have the customer splash out for parts.

I would like to thank the two guys that sorted the lock on my mums front door as she was unable to lock it and they also sorted the back door lock/handle as well.I would highly recommend the use of this company as they went truly above and beyond what they did for my mum it was much appreciated

Top notch service! We were unable to lock our door at nearly 10pm. Simon answered the phone straight away and was with us 20 minutes later. He is so professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond. Checked all our other doors whilst he was with us and gave us some really useful tips. Such a down to earth and all round nice guy. On top of all this, he was so reasonably priced. Can’t speak highly enough of him. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon to family and friends and will definitely call on him if we need help again.

Came within an hour to help me out with a key snapped in a bike D-lock. Checked it was my bike before starting work and tried to save the lock first, but then made short work of sawing it in half when that wasn't possible. Lovely, friendly service and very cheap too. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!
