Absolutely loving my time with Danielle. I started in September and wanted to lose my lockdown load and tone up. I feel healthier, stronger and happier. I cannot recommend this girl enough. She is so dedicated to her tribe and treats her girls individually. I worried about affording it but now I realise that is just about prioritising yourself. There are now so many options to suit so many people and budgets... What are you waiting for? One thing's for certain... You won't regret it!

Danielle has an amazingly cosy and fully equipped gym with such a welcoming group of members. She is so supportive with every goal you have and is encouraging and supportive inside and outside the gym and has a wealth of knowledge to share with you! Her line of gym clothes are always available to see in the gym and your sessions are supported by her planners which you can buy online.Since joining with Danielle in 2019 I have lost 4 stone with her support and my strength has increased hugely, but more importantly my confidence in myself has been boosted so much and this is all down to Danielle pushing me forward, even when I’m struggling. I would recommend her any day of the week! Thank you queen, you’re a star!!

I recently became a member of MBB Empire and I really wish I had come across this hidden gem much earlier.I've always been a member of larger, more commercial gyms, where I never felt confident enough to venture into the weights section, sticking to classes instead. Joining MBB, I was initially unsure where to begin, but Danielle has created a fantastic 10-week beginners app that's been a game-changer for me. Currently, I'm four weeks into the program, and I couldn't be happier.The gym itself is equipped with everything you need, and the lighting is such a vibe! Danielle, the owner and personal trainer, is incredibly friendly and supportive. She is a true advocate for women's fitness and is always ready to lend a helping hand.I genuinely wish I had discovered this gym sooner because it's exactly what I was looking for. The atmosphere is full of encouragement and mutual support, as everyone shares the same goals of becoming healthier and stronger versions of themselves.

Danielle is amazing, so supportive, down to earth and works with you to help you reach your goals. I've joined doing the online plan and Danielle has been so supportive checking my progress every day on the app and giving encouragement when needed. The app is so good showing how to do each exercise safely, tracking steps and nutrition. I am looking forward to starting 121 coaching and smashing my goals with Danielle. Would definitely recommend and already have to my friends.
