I am extremely grateful to Joana for the physiotherapy sessions. My back pain, which was annoying and restricting, is better now. I am as active as before! Joana did a great job and designed and showed me exercises I currently do at home to keep my back in good shape. Thanks to her and the staff for being so helpful and professional.Very highly recommended.

I attended the clinic for physiotherapy for 9 months. When i started my recovery plan, I had just stopped using a wheelchair following a serious injury. By the end I was running again. The team are very knowledgeable, patient and kind and I will miss seeing them. I would recommend the clinic to anyone.

My review is on GP consultation service. The centre provides an online specialist examination (maximum duration 15 minutes) at a cost of about 140£ (much more expensive than other clinics). They are very prompt in making the visit as soon as possible and this is the strength. However, the weaknesses come shortly. The doctor sends the prescription to the clinic, which in turn offers to contact the pharmacy and get the medicine to your home at no cost. What they don't tell you is that they send the prescription to a pharmacy in Knightsbridge that is among the most expensive in London. My antibiotic cost 30£ instead of 10£ at Boots. So I called and asked for the prescription to be emailed to me so that I could go to the pharmacy of my choice. This cannot be done as they have an exclusive agreement with the pharmacy in Knightsbridge so they only use that one.Result: I do not have a prescription to go and get my medication.A big disappointment. Zero flexibility and too many untold clauses so it is not convenient at all.On top of this, they ask for all the card detail over the phone. There is no chance to male the payment online

My experience with Chelsea Bridge Clinic was very pleasing. Everyone is friendly and helpful! Very happy about my 1:1 pilates session with Joana Favero, she is professional and patient (also very pretty!). After a few lessons, I already know how to breathe properly and engage my core!

After my GP's dismissive attitude towards my health concerns I decided to follow a friend's recommendation and try private and I'm so glad I did. When I arrived I was met by extremely friendly and kind staff who spoke with me and made me feel comfortable in a new environment and despite my unfortunate late arrival still accommodated me for a later appointment. My appointment with Mr Anand finally left me at ease because he provided me with the answers and potential treatment options that my GP failed to. He showed real concern and listened to my worries. I left the appointment with a clear plan of action A,B and C.

I am a marketing manager ( foreigner) at Chelsea Bridge Clinic during June - July 2023 with 2 days in office mainly at weekends. Up to now, after 4 months, I was NOT PAID and the manager didnt respond my payment email/letter requests. After emails for open discussion request without any feedback, and requesting Acas for help but also receive little feedback, I have to raise this case to the court with a hope to get pay, which is a bad management ethic.I read another not-good review of administrator about management on Indeed and I agree to some extent. I don't mind working overtime, at home, under pressure as long as I can manage myself but still find it challenging to get the job's autonomy or line manager's approval to WFH alternative weeks or manage to get work-life balance (as I lived in Norwich that took 8 hours weekly to travel to/back from London). After 2 months trying, we stopped collaborating, it's normal in business due to working styles. However, I feel a bit unfair not to get paid and not to get any response from management team.

Nurse Laura, receptionist Josi and Dr Godic were all extremely professional and kind. The service provided was excellent and cost less than a consultation I had to arrange recently in another medical facility in the north of the UK.

You’re in good hands with Dr. Godic and the whole Chelsea Bridge Clinic staff. You’ll feel taken care of and valued, and your health concerns will be taken seriously. I’ve even emailed several times after appointments to ask clarification questions and the nurses are always quick to get back to me. Sylvia has made my experience so great, and she’s held my hand in all my PRP sessions. Rachel at the front desk is a star. Overall, great experience!

There are certain clinics which make money of people’s pain and misery and this is definitely one of those clinics.I went to see a dermatologist who reassured she will help me get to the bottom of my health issue. After thousands of pounds spent from multiple visits and an over priced blood test the dermatologist turned around and said she doesn’t know and she can’t help me. She even said that other clinics I had been to had given me the right treatments whilst knowing I had horrible side effects and other medic professionals had to take me off that medication. The dermatologist doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing and heavily relies on nurses and other contacts. I left the clinic crying whilst the nurses and derm huddled in a corner to gossip - completely unprofessional. If you look at the reviews of the clinic they mostly just specialise in Covid tests and since that is on a low they’re trying to make money other way by lying about “helping”.

The staff at Chelsea Bridge clinic are fantastic. I have attended multiple sessions with Jake and highly recommend him. He is very attentive and is great at what he does. He also prescribes exercises to ensure the impact is felt longer term. Overall excellent service by the staff including Jake and Josy.
