Waitrose is Waitrose always good and much more competitive now , which is good for every one. I miss Waitrose our's was sadly closed a couple of years ago. A lot of people miss it . I miss the lovely staff and the nice people we would meet and chat to while having a coffee .

I have just received a car park ticket for being in the disabled parking for 2.5 hours. I did not see the limit and was with my 95 yr old mum in a wheelchair. Yes it took that long to wait for a lift, get round the store, get wheelchair in snd out. I am devastated as to what should have been a rare treat for mum

I shop here a couple of times a week and have never been disappointed by the experience. Staff are superb, always friendly, professional and extremely helpful. For a small store they have a great range of products and I find what I need every time. Keep up the good work Waitrose!

Good selection of food, well sourced & ethical. For the budget conscious like me there are plenty of their Essential range. Helpful staff too. A great place to shop.

Not shopped at this branch before. Free car park under the store and access to the store by lift. Store was not busy with all the shelves well stocked. We only came for some cereal which was on offer and managed to find 4 boxes. Fast friendly checkout. Nice clean store.

Getting worse. I've been a loyal Customer for nearly 40 years but quality, pricing and service makes little incentive now. Today the deli counter was closed. No wonder folk vote with their feet and go to Aldi. Also the My Waitrose offers scheme is not user friendly. I agree comments about the Security guard also.

Nice shop let down by the security guard who appeared to go out of his way to make me and my family feel unwelcome in the alcohol section yesterday. He couldn't have been more obvious about it, but all this did was deter me from purchasing the 2 rather expensive bottles of spirits that led me to go there in the first place.
