Absolutely disgusting service.Bristol citizen advice never ever answers the phone. You can't get through to no one what so ever, even when needing a food bank voucher. Could be in a small crisis, and they never answer the phone.

Impossibly hard to get through...was on hold for 3 hours one time and I spoke to someone for all of 2 minutes and they kept putting me through to the wrong person. I'm now on hold to them 56 minutes deep listening to that same repetitive tune. If you can't do anything about the wait time atleast put some decent music on.

You know when you are screwed when you spent over two hours trying to get through on the phone and can’t get an answer this is something I expect in a third world country.I,m not going to retire in this country otherwise I will definitely end up in my grave before my time.A lot of people are so stupid in this country they are sleep walking into catastrophe if they can’t see what is going on.

Their front door says to use Live Chat or phone. When I press the correct option on the phone it redirects me back to he start again and live chat is never available. When I spoke to someone through the door today, they said they can't help as everything regarding my situation is at maximum capacity. They said I could write a letter and post it through the door and it might be looked into.... I feel so disappointed and let down by this service. It's the first time in 10 years that I've needed to use them and it feels non-existent. :/

The amount of time it takes these to answer the phone one could go on a small vacation. Why have this service if you're not going to provide the services you offer. Close them down, waste of public money.
